Finally Friday!!! Am I right?! Its going to be a great one in Austin, sunny and 80 degrees. I feel like Barton Springs Pool is calling my name. I love weekends like this because I get to wear cute summer-like outfits every day. No need to worry about rain or cold; which means I'll be wearing my new Madewell cutoff shorts {The Perfect Jean Short in Langdon Wash} for sure. I saw these drop on the Madewell website early in April and I stalked them everyday until they became available in my size, except they run big. Like REALLY big. I had to size down two sizes, I'm normally a 27 and I had to go down to a 25 on these. I think last time I wore 25-sized bottoms was when I was 10 years old haha. They have a high rise which means you can do crop tops like this eyelet beauty. Sandals are from ZARA and I'm loving the silver color even though I'm normally more of a yellow gold girl. Oh! And don't mind my leg bruises, they are from my car accident back in September 2016 and have not gone away {can you believe that?!}. I will finally have them lasered off at the end of the month, can't wait!
