My First Birkenstocks

Birkenstock sandals are one of those fashion trends that I decided to admire from afar for many years. I would see them on my favorite fashion bloggers, Instagram and even my close girlfriends, but I always thought I did not have that 'cool girl' vibe that I thought you needed to pull them off.

But then I found them on sale...

I decided to purchase them and try them on with different outfits, so far I'm loving them! They are as comfortable as everyone says they are and they look cute with jeans, skirts and dresses. I wore them to the airport flying back from L.A. last weekend; my feet were so happy.

This is one of my favorite casual outfits. I love mixing prints and leopard is an easy one to pair with different things. I have owned this button down for a couple years now and it's always on constant rotation for every season, I never put it away!
