Plum Printed Pants

There's a soft spot in my heart for comfy printed pants, every time I see a pair I want to buy it. They are usually a lot trickier than you would think when it comes to fit. I had been eyeing this pair and once they went on sale I quickly snagged them {after applying my rule of 3's that is}.


My rule of 3's is basically that every time I buy an item I MUST be able to wear it with at least 3 pieces I already own. If it's a dress, I must be able to accessorize it 3 different ways.  In this case, This pants are perfect with a loose cream t-shirt, but I could also do a chambray button-down or gray linen sweater.


This is one of my favorite recent outfits, I almost feel like I'm walking around in my pajamas. I wore nude heels and a leather clutch to dress it up a bit more.
